白油肠先用热水冲，这样可以把casing 撕掉，然后煸炒出油，加鸡蛋

留了几片白油肠和雪豆一起炒了

昨天做猪排剩的一点肉切成

片炒土豆片，青椒，和榨菜

还有昨天2剩下的cod 和四季豆
