They muct be already in their 40s, at least late 30s, and come to US more than 10 yrs. Don't want to speculate more......
I know some of this type of guy. If you talk to thme deeper aboout this, none of them fail to complain the hard work, and imply they won't do it again, even though they will do it anyway next time.
