今天中午吃 Artichoke

Artichoke 是偶尔才吃一次的菜. 中国以前没有Artichoke. 

第一次吃是在一位美国朋友家. 桌子上放着一只精致的小炉子，小炉子上的小罐子里煮着butter, 一片片的 Artichoke 揪下来，沾着罐子里的奶油吃. 觉得有点高雅.

简化了一下，配 TradeJoe 买的 cream cheese 吃.
