N年前自家盖房经历（1）pre-construction

 

N年前咱还没有单反相机，也没广角，用一傻瓜机照的，图像质量不好，凑合着看吧：

盖房首先是要有平面图。找设计师主要是根据房子总面积、房间数、及一些特别的要求来设计。然后是工程师根据土壤测定来产生工程图。下面是房子的平面图：

然后根据房子平面图可去银行贷款、市里申请许可。还可用图去到不同的builders那里去出价。builder搞定后，一切就交给builder。

有一天住了M年的房子就被拆除了：
