美加关系不和睦，居然影响到购物。

以前在Club Monaco网购，信用卡都没有surcharge。 今天用同一张卡买东西， 居然成了foreign transaction， 还得额外付信用卡手续费。 打电话去问客服，告知现在不算是美国店了。 我问能取消订单吗？ 答曰不能取消，不能修改。 电话结束后不到半小时，说东西已经寄出来了。 这速度，比我几天前的网购还快。
