美国的遗产税法estate tax law规定。无论死亡人的国籍如何，只要接受遗产的人国籍是美国，就必须付遗产税

所以楼下那位网友就算接受价值300万美元的遗产(比如说父母只留给她一家)，也得付至少150万的税
