还是受德国教育的回去容易受重用

印象中德国留学的回去可以当官， 最著名的是科技部长万钢， 领导中国汽车弯道超车， 现在新出现的李成钢也是留德的。以前还有路甬祥，科学院院长。

好像留美的现在不受信任啦，当科学家还可以，当官顶大梁的就少啦。 都是网上这些右派们害的。
