请问有人认识沙枣吗？

看小闲帖子里说吃了一个沙枣饼，想起前一段在球场上看到的一棵结满果子的树，叶子像柳叶，果子只有花生粒大小，网上查了一下，说是沙枣，可这东西怎么看也不像能吃的啊！
