臀疼腾臀，腿颓退腿

昨天今天恢复倒走了。

健步如飞而退，耳边风声呼呼。

前两天拔了一屁股罐，好像梨状肌少疼点了。

但弯腰还是受限。

于是走完三公里后刻意屈髋拉伸，后臀尖朝天，拉伸臀后肌肉和腘绳肌。

之后肌肉酸疼，甚至盖过了本来的腰臀疼。

太有哲理了：自己创造一个疼，掩盖本来的疼。

就好像大声装哭“呜呜呜”，掩盖心里真正的悲伤。
