一个面试的问题，我肯定是答错了，非常头大

我原来是在scripps工作的，认识了我的前老板，现在scripps有一份工作，比较轻松无聊，主要就是跟病人沟通的。我申请了，对方安排了Phone interview，聊起来我为啥从Scripps换到surgical center，这个很容易回答，因为生娃后需要更多时间陪娃，现在对方问我为啥要回scripps工作，我总不能说我要找个地方养老吧？所以我答我追求更高的挑战，这个明显是错的，因为这个位置是养老的地方。对方不太满意。如果大家遇到类似的问题，怎么回？我估计要准备一下了
