一会要和BUILDER去签约盖新房。想请教一个问题。

我们想想盖一栋新房子。我们自己没有找AGENT，BUILDER也没有AGENT。在这种情况，一般我们自己可以砍下多少钱？请有经验的朋友指点一下。我们在中午去签最后的合同。多谢！
