That is not true. Each child will get $1000 child tax credit per year if the family income is under 110K. Unless the family is extremely poor, then the child will be eligible to get some subside. Furthermore, you said "上学免费 如果以后上公立大学 基本孩子自己打工就可以负担生活费用了" As we know, college tuition is a big burden for most US people. For instance, in Virginia, the public university cost around 14K per year for in state student, but a student at most only can earn about $3000 in the summer as a full time worker, and in order to work, the student need to own a car, then the car insurance is very high as well.
