西葫芦猪肉虾浆水饺

这个饺子用西葫芦，擦丝，放盐，煞水。

用西葫芦水（含盐了），肉馅，姜粉，白芷粉，黑猪板油丁（因为我不放香油，所以放些猪油）。

以上打成肉浆。

搅拌葱末和西葫芦丝。这样有胶质感的肉馅，包的时候服帖，煮完自带汁水。

这个搭配比较清淡。
