律师撤谎，financial discovery 就是因为律师不好，所以有这么多问题. 比如说 Fidelity明确告之，ex profit sharing 401K plan, 2020前的资料要找他公司要，前律师给我的subpoena ex 公司的文件根本没有这信息. 也没有 the benefits ex received, no disbursements made to ex under profit- sharing plane. 去年五月己经不用这个Attorney了.
