看来各地的叫法都不一样。网上搜灯笼果，得到的图片，我们叫菇娘果。

我又用英文搜了一下，gooseberry, 结果显示至少包括这两种果（灯笼果/鹅莓，菇娘果）都叫这名。乱了套了！
