请问加拿大的坛亲们一个实践问题

谁能告诉俺，高速限速110公里每小时，告示牌警告超过150公里每小时罚款一万加拿大圆并吊销驾照。

高速上90%的车速目测在120-140公里每小时之间。

请问俺们怎样遵守交通规则呢？如果车速在120公里每小时算超速吗？
