节日加餐～～百花蒸鸭掌

鸭掌用滚水（加葱姜米酒盐）焯水3分钟

百花馅：虾仁，加一点点肥肉，糖盐，胡椒粉，生粉。拍碎，剁一下搅拌起胶

鸭掌，控干，洒少许生粉，酿上百花馅

表面涂少许蛋清，撒火腿末（或干贝末）。大火蒸3分钟

淋上勾芡  

芡汁：少许水、蚝油、几滴老抽、一点胡椒粉、和尾油，煮滚勾芡

 

 

 

 

 

冬笋雪菜毛豆

 

 

红枣栗子黄毛鸡

糖醋排骨

白灼秋葵

 

 

面粉里面加了一点点土豆粉，这次自己擀的馄饨皮更加滑爽
