我们这里有个模拟滑雪的娱乐城，除了可以滑雪，还有攀岩，游泳等等休闲活动，连着一个酒店，是个家庭出游的好去处。
某次，带孩子们去游泳，我女儿刚超过了1.2米，不允许在儿童池，但是成人池最低处有1.4米。我跟工作人员解释说，孩子还小，不会游泳，去成人池很危险。他说这是制度，要请示领导。领导说不行，必须去成人池。
我马上就带着孩子离开了，因为根据我在单位里学习的health &safty,最重要的是management 的mindset,如果管理层不重视安全，这个企业肯定会有很多安全隐患的。
自此以后我再也没有去过这个滑雪场。

Louis was participating in a friend's birthday party when he crashed into the center's operations manager, who fell backwards onto him, resulting in fatal head injuries. An investigation by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) revealed that SnowDome Limited failed to ensure the safety of its customers and lacked a suitable risk assessment for tobogganing activities.
