不就是去了趟Costco吗？出家人太难了

去了Costco，看到虾饺买一盒，及其方便，微波炉4分钟就可以吃了

又看到咸鸭蛋，还是高邮的，买回家就着白粥吃很顺口！

就这两样就涉及到腌制食品，预制食品，高碳水食品等众多不健康因素！

想想过去的出家人，太不容易了
