体检做了个肺CT ，只打印了个文字报告给我，，我可以要求图像报告吗？怎么跟他们说？不知道他们能当场发email给我不？

N年前拍过X光，他们给了我CD碟片，回来后我电脑打不开的

这次我需要他们把结果email给我，他们都不寄来，是我去取当场打印出来的文字报告

现在的服务真是不好
