一个N年前报税的小笑话

那时还是填paper form，然后寄出去。
有一年，填好之后，在公司里秤了一下，知道了邮资，就贴上邮票，和公司的mail 一起被邮递员取走了
过了两天，怎么也找不到寄税表那天用剩下的邮票，那是一小本，只用过几张。
几个月之后，收到IRS的一封信，里面是我那天用剩下的邮票和一张打印好的信，里面列出几条退款的项目，
在有一行 （大意是）:

"Post stamp is not acceptble for tax payment"
