我的中学同学们，都住在甘家口，各大院一带，按说是好地段，但房价刚开始高的时候，就一窝蜂的都卖了，

到郊区，回龙观等地买房自住，剩下的钱给孩子买房了，

等到房价涨到十万一平的时候，手上都没房了。
