就是说所有北美自由贸易协定里的产品都不会加关税。

对等关税（reciprocal tariffs）的意思是：如果加拿大对美国的某一个产品加了关税，美国也要加对等关税。

这么一说就回到原点了。四月二日的会谈就是针对reciprocal tariffs了。
