Minimum wage for tipped employees

  • Tipped employees receive a minimum base wage of $2.13 per hour 
     
  • If the employee's tips plus the $2.13 per hour do not equal the federal minimum wage ($7.25 per hour as of 1/1/2024), the employer must make up the difference (不知是否有人挑战过！）
