花了近两小时，做了菜饭和腌笃鲜

不能说正宗的，因为没咸肉，也没鲜肉。

还没有蔽尖（小咸笋）。

菜饭用Costco的腊肉代替了。

 

腌笃鲜也变相了，用老美的ham， 百叶结没，有厚的百叶丝。

理应煮成奶白色，无奈料不对，还多加了萝卜和西洋参。
