羊肉清汤～～～～～只加盐调味

嘿，居然买不到白萝卜，难不倒我，用胡萝卜代替！

买到3段甘蔗

红枣朋友自己种的

羊肉加姜片和料酒焯水，用温水洗干净。油加姜片炒香加入羊肉倒有点焦黄，+滚水没过羊肉。倒入电砂锅

加所有的辅材。

倒入砂锅中开始炖

 

调味蘸酱：2块白乳腐，生抽、橄榄油。喜欢辣的可以加辣酱
