准备在墙上打个洞，安装抽油烟机，请问有没有什么特殊的要求？

比如会不会损伤房子的承重的墙， 冬天的保暖性能会不会受影响？ 还有烟囱怎么安装，有人说要烟囱要伸得很高才行， 有的说烟囱开口向下伸到地面附近才行。

第一次买房子没有什么经验， 所以比较小心谨慎， 仅向各位有经验的请教。
