土豆烧牛肉

牛坑腩

焯水以后，加洋葱，姜，小茴香籽，煮。

中间夹几块，加土豆，胡萝卜，八角，酱油，高压电饭煲做个午饭。

昨天的插花，修改了一下，用绿铃草代替昨天的filler。
