In US, there is no blood curd sold in supermarket to make the soup. In addition, Sheng Jian Man Tou is relatively dry. We decide to eat them with vinegar and rice porridge. It is not too bad and you can try yourself. Good Luck! I saw my neighbor's (Fan Fan) posting on Sheng Jian Man Tou and decided to show that you can Do It Youself.
