你们有没有在国内用美国的COSTCO VISA CARD 经历？

我刚在线上和客服了解细节。

“ I am happy to inform you that the Citi Costco credit card has no foreign transaction fee and you can use it for free” 

“ For Costco credit card, there's no foreign transaction fee. However, for international transaction the exchange rate would be charged as per VISA for the date the transaction is posted to your account. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over the exchange rates.”

然后他给我一个link, 我试着收入100 RMB, 算出来14.5 美金，基于今天的汇率。但是显示有bank fee 2%。 

我又问客服， “What's the bank fee 2% for?” 

回答 “ At Citi we do not charge any foreign transaction fee on the Costco Citi cards.”

我又问客服 “ So you mean the bank fee 2 % won't charge on me?"

回答 ” Yes, not on your Costco Citi card“

那我的理解就是，我可以拿着我在美国的costco visa card 到中国花费。每一笔都没有额外开销，只不过把在中国花的RMB基于当天的汇率转换成美元，显示在我的账单上。俺的理解对不？
