1M的房子short sale卖65万了，好消息来通告一下Dallas的地主们：

这个房子我们去年看过了，很喜欢，可惜觉得要价有点高，没买。房主是builder，所以房子做的很有detail，也很有品位。现在房主实在撑不下去了，估计经济还是不好实在没活干，付不了按揭。short sale的价格才65万，唉，当初我们的出价远远高于这，卖家竟然还不肯，估计当时还可以撑一撑，真是的。现在我们已经买了，卖方的agent又来问我们，唉，早知如此，何必当出涅。正想在这边买房的应该去看看，实在是难得的好deal,估计还有的可谈呢。。。好事跟大家通报一下：）
