说起板鸭，不记得家里做过。

其实不是老南京，60年代初父母工作才来的。

我的理解板鸭是以前没冷藏不得已而为之，跟火腿腊肉一类的。

吃起来很麻烦，要泡水两天去咸味，做起来也麻烦。

盐水鸭简单的多，现吃现做。周末来美国后第一个正式老板全家来访，

就是北塔88楼那个。昨天做一个下酒。
