loan agent send me the GFE today， this is for < 69w loan, rate is 4.375%

1. origination charge $990 (including underwriting $495 and processing fee $495)
2. appraisal + credit check $609
3. title service and lender's title insurance $3469
4. tax service fee $84
5. government recording charge $120
6. transfer tax $968
7. initial deposit for escrow account (all property tax, all insurance ....) $7650
8. interest charges from funding to the first day of next billing cycle $1900
9. homeowner insurance $2090 (is this changable or can I　not buy it?)

total: 17900.
