这次的皮够薄、够滑、透亮，达标

我的皮的配方：

120克澄面，100g土豆淀粉（留出50克），1/4小勺盐、1大勺油，开水300ML

混合加开水、加盖子焖1分钟，再加另50克的土豆粉

 

皮拿擀面杖擀到透底

开水锅5分钟即可
