Secondly, if my English is so poor, if i do not practice, how can i face my professional life and family life which is totally in English.

Thanks anyway. otherwise I would not know that my English is the poorest. I was so proud of myself even 10 years ago when I was in China, I always got the highest marks in all the test among all those professionals.
