住芝加哥北郊，请推荐抽油烟机的卖家和按装contractor

我倒是不很多爆炒，喜欢炖菜和凉拌菜；但爸妈会来访，朋友会来“坐席”。。。买了房，会把原microwave-plus-ventilation-hood 拆掉，换抽油烟机。  Budget 是 up to $400, :) 另外，是townhouse, 在外墙或房顶挖洞，是不是得 HOA permitted?
