今天找了cleaning service, 可以网上booking，三个房间（一个房间不用打扫）四个卫生间，价格是$250。两人两个半小时。
来了两个人，她们说卫生间有点脏，要加时。我问了她们的老板，说加80刀，作为deep clean。这里有点miscommunication。 老板后来说他以为我们说的是只加一个小时，而我以为不管加多少都是80刀。
这两个人做得特别慢，以前我们家的cleaning service，两人两个半小时足够了，谁知道她们做了五个半小时，更没想到因此有了天价账单。
我就天价账单质问老板，结果老板说他们公司有disclainmer。之前从来没有提起过，这会儿给我寄来disclaimer,其中两点说是：
- We cannot guarantee cleanings to be finished by a certain time. It depends on the scope of the work.
- If clients need the cleaners to be finished by a specific time it is the client’s responsibility to inform the company before cleaning begins.
我准备只付原来同意的250+80=330，其余部分disbute（付的是信用卡），可以这样做吗？或者大家有没有其它建议？
