nothing beats a good work out:)

最近几个月的两样新玩法，1. trail running, 2. Pilates reformer (核心床）。

在家门口的一个林间道小范围尝试trail running， 有山坡草甸树林跟湖泊，一圈3迈，正反两圈凑个6迈。那些树根石头，坑坑坎坎，跑起来感觉比走的时候反而没那么烦人了。并且领悟到眼光要放远，大脑跟肢体间的coordination 真是奇妙的机制。效果是对跑坡的恐惧感大大减弱，甚至看到坡会兴奋lol。

核心床几年前上过几节课，现在算是重新认识并喜欢上。一周三，四节课上下来，明显感到核心的稳定性有增强，柔韧性也改善了。跟floor pilates相比，reformer 对身体的平衡和稳定性要求高许多，很多动作，比如plank variations, bird dog等，在平地根本不是个事儿，在床上就颤颤巍巍的要挣扎一下。希望坚持一段时间后，能练出稳如泰山的core strength。
