俺的“科学”实验：）

前几天领导说他们下个星期办公室有活动，让俺烤点饼干，要求gluten free，不能用椰丝椰油，俺想起4h姐前一段考杏仁饼干，俺就试着换换原料，找些东西代替面粉，换汤不换药吧。

鹰嘴豆+杏仁粉

烤前

烤后

绿豆粉+杏仁粉 （烤前 vs 烤后）

小米粉+杏仁粉（烤前 vs 烤后）

领导经过试吃以后，批准用小米粉+杏仁粉。周末俺在稍微改善一下工艺，下个星期就可以完成任务了。
