一小团面

分两半

擀一半就可以做两碗馄饨了

先冲汤，紫菜、虾皮、香醋、酱油、香油、白胡椒粉

馄饨放汤上面

加蛋丝、小葱、香菜

皮肉嘬着，手擀皮就是有延展性，皮不用蘸水就捏上了
