老了downsizing住公寓和condo，有什么坏处？

根据年轻时住公寓的经历，最不好的地方就是：

 

闻楼上和走廊对门的烟味，这些烟味很浓，如果当天的风向不对，开窗通风一点用都没有。

 

另一个坏处是来自邻居的噪音。

 

人老了能每天忍受这两个坏处吗？

 

小公寓和condo适合不着家的人，回家就是睡一觉，其余时间都在外面工作或玩乐。
