找麻省firearm律师

我有个朋友，于 2023 年 5月 从外州搬到麻省，持有原来州颁发的枪证CCP（有效期到2025 年）。 2023 年 8 月 26 日，在麻省申请 CCP。现面临如下刑事起诉：

You are being criminally charged with three (3) crimes, as you have violated Massachusetts Law.  I work on behalf of the Commonwealth (state) of Massachusetts.  It is my duty, to uphold Massachusetts Law.

Seeing that you do not have a Massachusetts Firearms license, you were in violation of Massachusetts Law for possessing the firearms (handgun & rifle), the high-capacity magazines and the accompanying ammunition.  

The three (3) criminal charges that you are being charged with are;

    Possess Firearm without License                    MGL Ch.269 s.10 
    Possess Large Capacity Magazine                   MGL Ch.269 s.10 
    Possess Ammunition without License            MGL Ch.269 s.10TT 

 

请问麻省西部有没有好的firearm 律师？希望找西人。
