蟹腿通常是蒜蓉清蒸

蟹肚可椒盐可葱姜可避风塘也可以咸蛋黄。这个应该是椒盐，里面的南瓜片好吃得停不下来！

蟹盖里的精华可以捞面也可以炒饭，都是美味的碳水炸弹 ：）
