卤猪蹄/蹄筋

一锅清水，放进一个卤包，姜/八角/五香粉/料酒，烧煮10分钟后放进猪蹄/蹄筋煮约60分钟，加入适量生抽/老抽/冰糖，继续烧煮至用筷子可以轻易插入即可。捞出猪蹄/蹄筋，放进鹌鹑蛋/栗子/豆腐泡卤15分钟。猪蹄做一道家乡风味的猪脚面线，蹄筋用来做一道蹄筋焖萝卜。

吃这东西斯文不得，整块用手抓着啃，吃得嘴唇/手指头黏在一起才过瘾。

只能用两个字来形容 - 性感！
