My wife was doing this project for flipping.

Expensive area in Tampa (this is in South Tampa), also the location is in a sough-after neighborhood. New construction houses around this size range are selling $500/sqft.

 

Since she bought the old house with the lot 3 years ago. Just the price of the lot goes up more than double.

South Tampa RE market is up at a very fast rate.
