又想换

房了，换一个房小点的平房，4千多尺，顶高15尺，但地大一倍，view 也很好，有平地可以挖3个池塘，一个种产莲子的荷塘，一个产藕的荷塘，还有一个种茭白养鱼的。刚好自住房快3年了升值了大概50万，不用交税。

队友说只要我不换人就行：）
