2023室外第一跑

不错，听得到春天的脚步声了。气温忽高忽低，但上升的趋势明显。今天明亮的阳光，配上50F的气温，正好来个两英里的室外跑。三个月没在外面跑了，不敢太快，26分钟跑完，比去年秋天的速度慢了四分钟。不过，中间没停，呼吸加快但还没到难受的程度，得益于一个冬天在家每天四十分钟的慢跑。。。

显然，在家跑步还是控制不住体重增加。去年室外每天晨跑两英里晚走三英里，一个夏天压下来十磅；这个冬天就长回来一半。。。冬天每天早跑步一次，傍晚走三英里，效果不如夏天。。。

给领导说：晚上加餐，12个大馄饨，两条辣椒鱼，一杯酒。。。嘿嘿能室外跑，就不怕三高了。。。。
