找到德国猪肘子的家庭版做法啦

也查到本地哪家饭店经营了，大温郊外Hope那家点评好，这周末祖孙三代正好去那的野人山滑雪场打比赛，可惜我不去，怕冷。

德国肘子得配德国酸菜吃，我家刚来时买不着东北酸菜，那阵用Costco的德国酸菜替代，这些年不用了，有来自中国的东北酸菜吃了。
