美国的学校学费为什么贵？

1. technology 费用本来就高，浪费还多

2. staff 越来越庞大，人浮于事

3. State appropriation 越来越少 （知道一个 State related 学校， 以前州政府给 30% total budget， 现在 不到5%）

4. 医疗和各种福利的 costs 大幅增长
