又试验一下，真是速效~

下午5点15和面后开始调馅儿。三个鸡蛋一把细粉丝一支短小西葫芦擦丝，因为有粉丝菜没挤水，盐胡椒粉一点鸡粉蚝油，包时再搅拌。弄好6点开包，一斤面粉做16个菜包，剂量小点挤出俩馒头，过两天用来做素萝卜丸子。6点40包完，7点开蒸10分钟，放3分钟揭开。这样的酵母太省时间了，看图~

一锅两屉三样，加一小锅西红柿紫菜汤。
